The main job

Win over someone who arrived from a local news story, on a phone. In one screen they should see what you do, believe you are real and find the button to give or sign up.

What it does

  • Puts your mission, both main buttons and this week’s opening times at the top of the home page.
  • Sends donors to your donation platform with the amount and frequency they chose, next to an appeal meter.
  • Shows where each £1 goes in a simple chart, along with your impact, trustees, history and governance documents.
  • Lists programmes, events with calendar files, news and a volunteer form.
  • Displays your charity number and a link to the public register in the footer and on the about and donate pages.

Who it is for

Food banks and community larders, warm spaces, homework clubs, repair cafés, tenants’ associations, mutual-aid groups and small registered charities. The number label is editable, so a US EIN fits too.

Why it is worth it

  • Builds trust with the facts donors check: registration, spending and the people in charge.
  • You keep your existing donation platform.
  • No stock photos to license: the theme uses generated risograph prints.
  • Each home page section has a switch in one settings file.

Before you launch

The demo charity is fictional, so replace its copy, figures, documents and the donation link. Events sort into upcoming and past at build time, so schedule a daily rebuild. One purchase covers one website. See the licence terms.

Questions before buying

Can I use a theme for a client's site?

Yes. One purchase covers one website, your own or a client's. For another site, buy the theme again.

What if the theme is not right for me?

Write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full.

How do I pay?

Checkout runs through Polar, the merchant of record: it takes the card payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT and sales tax.

What do I get after paying?

A download of the complete Astro project: source code, demo content, assets, README, licence and changelog. It installs and builds on its own.

Do I need to be a developer?

You need to be comfortable editing text files and running a couple of commands. Settings and copy live in plain data files, and the README walks through deploying to Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare Pages.

Is there support?

Yes, with setting up and understanding the theme: write to @mirikhan1 on Telegram. Custom development and content migration are not included.
