Purchase policy
Purchase, access, and support policy for Xima Themes templates.
Xima Themes sells ready-made Astro templates as digital materials. After purchase, the buyer receives access to the template files and may use them under the license terms.
Access to materials
Files are delivered as a digital product. The buyer is responsible for keeping the materials secure and preventing access by unauthorized people.
Payment
Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges the card, issues the invoice and handles VAT and sales tax.
Refunds
If a template does not suit you, write to support within 14 days of purchase and the payment will be refunded in full. After a refund the license for that template ends, and its files must not be used.
Support
Support covers questions about launching and understanding the purchased template. Custom site work, integrations, and content migration are not included in the base purchase.
